Paul Zuckerman, Ph.D. brings over 25 years of experience as one of the nation's top focus group moderators to your project.

I received my doctoral degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, specializing in human development and motivation, and joined Needham, Harper & Steers – now DDB – in Chicago.  Key accounts included McDonald’s (“Two All Beef Patties” years), where I became the world’s leading expert on Ronald McDonald, and helped introduce a slew of innovative products, including the Happy Meal.  For Anheuser-Busch, we launched Budweiser Light, and later re-positioned the brand as Bud Light, with outstanding results.

In Chicago I became involved with improv theater, studying at the Second City with Del Close and Jo Forsberg.  It was there that I helped found Chicago City Limits, which today is NYC’s longest running show.

Chicago City Limits relocated to New York, and was an instant success, beginning a continuous run that is now approaching 10,000 performances. I was an original cast member, and currently direct and produce the show.

I also continued my market research career as an independent moderator.  Over the years, I have been fortunate to work with an incredible line-up of great companies and brands, including American Express, Anheuser-Busch, AstraZeneca, Avis, Bass Ale, Bausch & Lomb, Brookstone, Buick, Cadillac, Capital One, Comedy Central, GE Capital, Georgia-Pacific, Gillette, Hartmann Luggage, Heineken, Jack Daniels, Kodak, Marriott, McDonald’s, Nestlé Waters, Nickelodeon, MasterCard, Pella Windows, Pepsi-Cola, Porsche, Showtime, Staples, Stella Artois, TGI Fridays, the US Army, Unilever, Verizon Wireless, Whitehall Laboratories, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and many advertising agencies.
